If you want to pull blog posts from that blog you will have to have PHP installed on your destination server. It is configurable and inexpensive. It is only for PHP though. I'm sure there are other programs like this for ASP if needed. But the idea is the same. Be careful and make sure the pulled content is not part of a javascript feed, it must be real html or else the spiders won't read it. Joel,

Do you just add this in each week, or would you recommend inserting a widget of your blog post. Would a widget have the same SEO advantages as opposed to just inserting text copy??
