SEO Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Search Engine Optimization Specialist with a minimum of 1 year's direct experience in organic/natural search engine optimization. The qualified person should be looking to lead, succeed, and prosper in a small but fast-paced business environment. This position includes the following core responsibilities:
- Manage SEO projects from strategy through implementation with little supervision.
- Analyze customer websites and provide strategies for improving search engine results.
- Work with SEO copywriters to improve effectiveness of site content, articles, press release and other marketing copy.
- Be a thought leader within a team of search engine specialists.
- Monitor search engine results, analyze key website metrics, and provide recommendations and strategies for continued improvement to clients.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience delivering results through ethical search engine optimization techniques.
- An undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with companies ranging from small to Fortune 1000.
- Good understanding of search engine-friendly website design and the ability to make recommendations to Web developers.
- Understanding of HTML and website development.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
We are looking for a quick learner that can multitask. You need to be able to work under little supervision and be a team player. This is a full-time, on-site position so no freelancers please. The anticipated start date is immediately. Salary is dependent on experience. Benefits package also included.
